Robert D. Hunt, P.A. is a law office for people who want an attorney who they can actually talk to, and who can provide aggressive representation when it is needed. Our office provides a wide range of legal services including personal injury, divorce and custody, wills, criminal defense, DUI defense, business litigation and formation, and many other types of advice and assistance. Rob has been a member of the NH Bar since 1994, and is currently licensed to practice law in MA and VT as well. He was previously a shareholder in the law firm of Burke & Eisner, P.A., but decided in 2006 to open his own firm, Robert D. Hunt, Professional Association. At his prior firm, Rob was in charge of all NH litigation, mostly focused on severe personal injury and medical malpractice, but also including many other types of cases. Rob is an experienced trial and transactional lawyer. He has successfully represented individuals and small businesses in Federal Court and in Superior and District Courts throughout the state. He has also represented clients before State boards and agencies on issues such as gender discrimination, consumer protection, professional licensing, employment injuries, manufactured housing and other areas. Rob regularly submits a list of verdicts and settlements to the NH Trial Lawyers Association for publication, as he is an active member of their Board of Governors. Several newspapers have published articles related to Rob’s cases including human rights issues to violations, contract disputes and the NH Consumer Protection Act. Rob has also represented several banks, and has handled dozens of commercial loan transactions and closings. Rob has published professional articles and has been an invited speaker at legal education seminars for other lawyers. Rob regularly testifies before various legislative committees and assists in the preparation of proposed legislation and amendments. He is a member of the NH Bar Association Legislative Committee and is former Co-chair of the NH Trial Lawyers Association’s Legislative Committee.

Jonathan Wallner has been a member of the New Hampshire bar since 2006. He graduated from Michigan State College of Law in 2006 and has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University. Jonathan has interned at the Michigan Bankruptcy Firm of Hammerschmidt, Stickradt and Associates, as well as working clerk in the Family Law Court of the Honorable Judge Warren and the Probate Court of the Honorable Judge Monaghan. As an associate attorney at Robert D. Hunt, P.A., Jonathan will develop his practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, probate, estate planning, criminal defense and bankruptcy. Jonathan is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. |

Vicki Teed is an experienced paralegal who works side by side with Rob in all types of cases. Vicki has a substantial background in litigation support and other types of paralegal services.
