Rob represented an 83 year-old woman whose rights were "willfully
and knowingly" violated by her landlord mobile home park owner.
As a result, Rob was also enlisted by the Manufactured
Home Owners & Tenants Association of New Hampshire, a mobile
home tenants association, to write an article for its website.

on the NH Bar Association's Pro Bono Honor Roll for providing
