OUTSIDE THE COURTROOM

We have also had great success helping our clients resolve their problems and cases before they have to go to court. (Often, a negotiated solution is better than a court or board decision.) But when aggressive representation is the best alternative, our clients know that we will provide just that.

Of course, many clients do not require representation in court, but need assistance in preparation of wills, living wills, durable powers of attorney and the like. Some just need contracts reviewed or advice with small business formation or problems. For example, our work has ranged from preparing simple wills for individuals to representing various banks in commercial real estate loan transactions.
